Iman is one of the most well known models of all time. She was an original supermodel who broke barriers and opened so many doors for other African models like Naomi Campbell, Adesuwa Aighewi, and Adut Akech. In 1992, Iman married rock great David Bowie. The two had an epic love story that spanned decades in bliss.

Iman talks of her romance with Bowie and recalls that although it was love at first sight for him, it took her a little longer to get there. She says it took a few months, but when it came down to it, she definitely fell in love, too. Bowie passed away in January 10, 2016, on his 69th birthday. Iman recently talked to People about her love story and why she will never marry again.
