One of the top travel sources in the world, Travel + Leisure magazine, puts out a survey each year called World’s Best Awards. Comprised of a vote on the best resorts, travel destinations and experiences around the world, each one is rated on their locations, hospitality, amenities, and all things that enhance the tourist experience. The readers of the magazine are the voters. And for the top resorts in Africa, they chose the following to appear on the list.

3. The Royal Livingstone Victoria Falls Zambia Hotel

Coming in at number three on the list is the Royal Livingstone Victoria Falls Zambia Hotel by Anantara. The resort overlooks the Zambezi River with direct access to Victoria Falls via a five minute walk. One of the many highlights of the hotel includes the wandering wildlife that roams throughout the resort. The destination boasts waking up to the sight of zebras frolicking throughout the grounds.
