This past Saturday! We had a blast! Chef Charles-Emmanuel Tiacoh shared is passion with us, FOOD! The young chef from Côte d’Ivoire made us travel to Africa with these amazing flavors! Just to give you an idea, here some of the dishes we tried:

– Salmon tartar with ginger and mango

– Okra tempura curry sauce
– Sweet Plantain Foutou with smoked mafé sauce and chicken

– Vegan Tajine

– Citrus and avocado jar with coconut
